Setsquare's paid plans unlock digital features (extra export formats and higher usage limits) instantly. Because every tool is free to try before you buy, please make sure a tool does what you need before purchasing.
If a paid feature does not work as described, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund that purchase. We do not otherwise refund partly-used periods, and these plans do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout, so there is nothing to cancel.
The one-time lifetime purchase is refundable within 14 days if it does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue.
Email arjunmnair0303@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your approximate purchase date and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days.
Please contact us first — we would much rather fix the problem or refund you directly than have you raise a chargeback.
This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live.
