Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 August 2026. This covers the Setsquare suite at setsquare.pages.dev — the drawing and diagram tools, the developer utilities, the Cloud Architecture Builder, the ER Diagram Builder, and the Prompt Engine.

The short version

The tools run entirely in your browser. The diagrams, schemas, images, code and text you work on stay on your device — in memory and your browser's local storage — and are never uploaded to us. We receive personal data only if you choose to create an account or make a purchase. We run no advertising or analytics trackers.

What we collect

• Nothing, if you never sign in. Every tool works without an account, offline of us.
• If you create an account: your email address, and — for "Sign in with Google" — the basic profile Google returns (name, email, avatar URL). Authentication is handled by Supabase on our behalf; your login session is kept in your browser's local storage.
• If you buy a plan: we record which plan you bought and when, tied to your account, so we can unlock paid features. Payment itself is processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Server logs: our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not build profiles from them.

What we do not collect

Your work product — every diagram, schema, screenshot, generated prompt and exported file — is never sent to our servers. There is no server-side copy of it, so we cannot read it, share it, or recover it if you lose it. We use no advertising networks, no analytics/telemetry SDKs, and set no tracking cookies.

How we use what we collect

Email and account data: to sign you in, keep you signed in, and contact you about your account or a purchase. Purchase records: to grant the features you paid for. Server logs: to keep the service secure and available. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Processors we rely on

• Cloudflare — hosts and serves the static site; keeps standard server logs.
• Supabase — authentication, session storage, and the small database of accounts and purchase entitlements.
• Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google".
• Razorpay — processes payments. Its own privacy policy governs the card/UPI data you enter into its checkout.

Where data lives, and for how long

Work product stays in your browser until you clear it. Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your account exists (and briefly after, for tax/records where required by law), then deleted. Server logs rotate on our host's normal schedule. You can clear your browser's local storage and cookies at any time from your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the India DPDP Act 2023, the EU/UK GDPR, and similar laws, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data tied to your account, or to export it. You can sign out at any time, and delete your account by emailing us — that removes your email and purchase records from our database. Children

The tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for account holders, note it at sign-in.
