Last updated 5 August 2026. This licence governs your use of the Setsquare software. It sits alongside the Terms of Service; where they differ on the software licence itself, this EULA controls.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Setsquare tools in a web browser, for your own personal or commercial work, subject to this agreement.
You may not, except to the extent the law forbids restricting it:
The software, its design, and the Setsquare name remain the property of us and our licensors. This EULA licenses the software to you; it does not sell or assign it. You own the content you create with it (see the Terms).
You are responsible for anything you load into or create with the tools, and for having the rights to it. The tools run in your browser and do not transmit your work to us.
The software includes open-source components licensed under their own terms; nothing here limits your rights under those licences.
The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost work or data, arising from the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
This licence ends automatically if you breach it, and we may suspend or end access for misuse. On termination you must stop using the software. Sections 3, 6, 7 and 9 survive.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
